OXIDIZED LIGNIN POLYCARBOXYLATE, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND USE THEREOF IN WATER REDUCING AGENT
The present application belongs to the technical field of functional auxiliaries of concrete materials, and in particular relates to an oxidized lignin polycarboxylate, and further discloses the use thereof in preparation of a high-range water reducing agent. According to the preparation method for the oxidized lignin polycarboxylate of the present application, lignin is oxidized and modified under an alkaline condition, and the oxidized lignin, small molecular monomers of carboxylic acids, and an alkenyl polyglycol ether acting as a monomer are polymerized to prepare the oxidized lignin polycarboxylate, which can be used as the high-range water reducing agent. Compared with a traditional polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, in the oxidized lignin polycarboxylate water reducing agent of the present application, the traditional small molecular monomers of carboxylic acids are fully or partially replaced by lignin-based carboxylic acid monomers, such that the slump retention performance of the polycarboxylate water reducing agent is improved while the cost thereof is reduced, which achieves obvious cost benefits and environmental protection benefits.
