A lactate oxidase nanocapsule and a preparation method therefor. The lactate oxidase nanocapsule is prepared by taking poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether acrylate, 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine, N-(3-aminopropyl)methacrylamide and/or acrylamide as monomers, taking N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, glycerol dimethacrylate and/or triblock polylactic acid-polyethylene glycol-dimethacrylate as cross-linking agents, and using a free radical polymerization reaction to synthesize a nano-thickness polymer shell layer on the surface of lactate oxidase in situ. The lactate oxidase nanocapsule can eliminate lactic acid and release an immunostimulant, eliminating immunosuppression, can be used in combination with an immune checkpoint blocker, improving the immune curative effect of the immune checkpoint blocker.
