PROCESO PARA LA FABRICACION DE TELA NO TEJIDA CON PROPIEDADES DE ADSORCION DE COMPUESTOS ORGANICOS A BASE DE NANOCOMPUESTOS POLIMERICOS CON NANOPARTICULAS DE TIO2/ ZNO MODIFICADAS

The present invention relates to a process for the manufacture of non-woven fabric based on synthetic polymers or biopolymers and TiO2/ZnO modified with carboxylic groups with organic compound adsorbing properties. This process consists of 3 steps: the nanoparticles are modified with carboxylic groups using ultrasound; in the second step a nanocomposite concentrate is prepared at 2% of the polymer with the nanoparticles and in the third step the nanocomposite is diluted with polymer and placed in the multifilament machine to make nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric exhibits an increase in mechanical properties such as tearing up to 28%, in the case of the nonwoven fabric with percentages of 1% TiO2/ZnO compared to the non-nanoparticle non-woven (PP) fabric. In addition, they have percentages of 30 to 99% methylene blue removal and 20% to 88% Rhodamine B removal is directed to the manufacture of functional textiles, as well as the health sector industry, manufacture of air and water filters, transformation industry among others.
